History is being made on June 14, 2026. For the first time in the sport's history, a UFC event takes place on the South Lawn of the White House. UFC Freedom 250, named in honour of America's 250th anniversary, coinciding with President Donald Trump's 80th birthday, brings seven elite fights to Washington D.C., with a custom-built Octagon on the White House lawn and weigh-ins at the Lincoln Memorial.
A title unification match between UFC lightweight champion Ilia Topuria and interim champion Justin Gaethje headlines the event. Topuria arrives unbeaten at 17-0. | 04:10 | 🏆 Ilia Topuria vs Justin Gaethje (Lightweight Title) | 1.17 | 4.90 |

Topuria has finished everyone the UFC has put in front of him. He knocked out Charles Oliveira in his lightweight debut, proving the power carried up from 145 pounds. He's got real wrestling to go with the striking, too, averaging nearly two takedowns per fight even though he usually prefers to stand.
Topuria's title run is one of the most decorated in recent UFC history. Three consecutive knockouts of legendary opponents:
Ilia Topuria carries technical precision, devastating knockout power, and an unblemished record built on finishing Alexander Volkanovski, Max Holloway, and Charles Oliveira in successive title fights.
The 29-year-old Georgian-Spanish fighter has never been stopped in his MMA career and has never been in serious danger in any of his recent title fights. He is listed as the No. 1 pound-for-pound men's fighter in the UFC, boasting a 17-0 record that includes three straight knockout wins.
At 1.17 on Duelbits, the market has almost fully priced in a Topuria win, reflecting an implied probability of approximately 85%. The real betting question isn't if Topuria wins, but how.
Justin Gaethje is one of the most beloved fighters in MMA history, a man whose name is synonymous with extraordinary performances, relentless pressure, and fights that never disappoint. He is a Duelbits ambassador, and we're honoured to have him on the card at this historic event.
Gaethje is widely considered one of the most entertaining in-cage fighters in MMA history. He's a two-time interim champion. Gaethje, 37, is however winless in undisputed UFC title bouts, falling short to Khabib Nurmagomedov in 2020 and then Oliveira in 2022.
For Gaethje, this is his third and likely final shot at undisputed UFC gold after previous title fight losses to Khabib Nurmagomedov (2020) and Oliveira (2022).
His most recent form has been excellent. He just beat Paddy Pimblett with three takedowns and two knockdowns. Gaethje has also picked up a decision win over Rafael Fiziev. The 37-year-old arrives in fighting shape and with renewed motivation — he has never quit, never backed down, and never given a dull performance.
Career record: 27-5 Previous title attempts: 2020 (Khabib), 2022 (Oliveira), both unsuccessful Last 3 fights: Decision wins over Pimblett and Fiziev, plus a first-round KO Duelbits odds: 4.90 - the most enticing bet on the entire card
| Metric | Topuria | Gaethje |
|---|---|---|
| Record | 17-0 | 27-5 |
| Age | 29 | 37 |
| Age Advantage | Topuria +8 years | - |
| Height Advantage | - | Gaethje +4 inches |
| KO Power | Elite | Elite |

Why Topuria wins:
Topuria is a 1.17 favorite over Gaethje. He's got real wrestling to go with the striking. Add in his undefeated 17-0 record and a nine-year age advantage, and the matchup heavily favors Topuria.
Topuria's technical striking is surgical, he doesn't take unnecessary damage, he creates angles, and he converts openings into stoppages with extreme efficiency. Against Holloway and Oliveira, two fighters with excellent chins who had never been stopped cleanly before, Topuria made the finish look routine. His ability to set traps and find the clean shot separates him from every other finisher in the sport.
Topuria by KO/TKO is at -210 and would make for a reasonable parlay leg or modest straight bet, while Topuria in the first round at +270 will likely be the popular play for those seeking a plus-money position on the champion.
Why Gaethje wins (and why 4.90 has value):
Gaethje is the bigger man here with a four-inch height advantage. If he can bully forward, eat clean shots, and force Topuria onto the back foot, this gets interesting. Topuria hasn't had to fight off his back foot much in his career.
The Gaethje path to victory is specific: use his size, pressure, and volume to make Topuria uncomfortable. If Topuria finds himself backing up, working against the cage, dealing with a physical fighter willing to absorb punishment to deliver it, the Georgian has rarely been in that situation. The last time anyone wobbled Topuria was Jai Herbert. That's the scenario Gaethje needs.
The chaos factor also matters. Gaethje has been in wars. He has ended fights with late knockouts before. He was once considered unkillable by TKO before the Khabib loss. At 4.90 on Duelbits, paying nearly $5 for every $1 risked, a small outright stake on Gaethje offers real return on the scenario where size and pressure prevail.
Pereira is vacating his light heavyweight title and moving up to heavyweight in pursuit of a historic third divisional championship. This fight for the interim heavyweight strap against Gane is very tight on the odds.
| Alex Pereira | Ciryl Gane |
|---|---|
| 1.95 | 1.83 |
A win makes Pereira the first triple-division champion in history, a feat previously held only by Conor McGregor (two divisions) and Daniel Cormier (two divisions as undisputed).
After losing the light heavyweight championship to Magomed Ankalaev at UFC 313, Alex Pereira got his revenge at UFC 320, making quick work of Ankalaev with a first-round TKO. Eleven of Pereira's 13 wins have come by knockout.
Gane is the more technically refined striker with a larger frame, better footwork at heavyweight, and a reach advantage of two inches. The value on Gane by decision sits near 3.10, which we consider the sharpest number on the card.
This is genuinely a coin-flip fight. Pereira at 1.95 and Gane at 1.83, the market gives Gane the slightest statistical edge, reflecting his size, technical advantage, and comfort at heavyweight over Pereira who is moving up. But Pereira has one-punch KO power that makes any line feel insufficient.
| Sean O'Malley | Aiemann Zahabi |
|---|---|
| 1.24 | 3.90 |
O'Malley bounced back from consecutive losses to Merab Dvalishvili with a decision win over Song Yadong at UFC 324 in January. The former bantamweight champion at 1.24 is a confident market position, O'Malley's striking quality and entertainment value make him a justifiable near-certainty at this level of opposition.
| Mauricio Ruffy | Michael Chandler |
|---|---|
| 1.10 | 6.50 |
Ruffy at 1.10 is one of the shortest prices on the card, an almost-certainty priced at near-prohibitive favourite odds. Chandler's legendary chin and fighting heart make him dangerous, but the market correctly identifies Ruffy as having a dominant probability advantage.
| Bo Nickal | K. Daukaus |
|---|---|
| 1.26 | 3.75 |
The only fight that guarantees a USA-based winner is this all-American middleweight matchup between Bo Nickal and Kyle Daukaus. Nickal, the decorated NCAA wrestling champion turned UFC rising star, is the strong favourite at 1.26.
| Josh Hokit | Derrick Lewis |
|---|---|
| 1.23 | 4.05 |
Derrick Lewis, "The Black Beast", is one of the most dangerous punchers in heavyweight history and a crowd favourite at any event. But at 4.05, the market reflects his recent form trajectory. Hokit at 1.23 is the analytical pick.
| Diego Lopes | Steve Garcia |
|---|---|
| 1.60 | 2.29 |
The most competitive non-main fight on the card in terms of odds. Lopes at 1.60 is the analytical pick, but Garcia at 2.29 represents genuine each-way value if you believe in the underdog.
Our best bet for UFC Freedom 250 is simple: Justin Gaethje at 4.90.
Not because the analytical probability suggests a Gaethje win is likely. Topuria is the correct favourite at 1.17.
But at 4.90, you're being paid nearly five times your stake on a fighter who:
The narrative, the setting, the odds, this is exactly the kind of bet where the return justifies a meaningful stake on the outside chance. An upset by Gaethje at the White House, in front of the nation, on his last title run, would be one of the great moments in MMA history. At 4.90, you're positioned to be part of it.
| Market | Bet | Duelbits Odds | Reasoning |
|---|---|---|---|
| Main Event Winner | Justin Gaethje | 4.90 | Best-value bet on the card, size, narrative, final title shot |
| Co-Main Winner | Ciryl Gane | 1.83 | Technical edge, size advantage, better heavyweight at this weight |
| Card Parlay | Nickal + O'Malley + Ruffy | Build your own | Three short-priced favourites combined for enhanced return |
| Method of Victory | Topuria KO/TKO | Check Duelbits | If you must be on Topuria, the finish method pays better than moneyline |
