How to Deposit Crypto on Duelbits

Depositing on Duelbits is fast, most supported cryptocurrencies credit in minutes or less, and the platform itself adds no fees beyond the standard blockchain network cost.

The steps that matter, though, are specific. Choosing the wrong network for USDT or USDC can result in permanent loss of funds. Missing the XRP destination tag means your funds arrive but can't be credited automatically. Sending directly from a Coinbase or Binance account instead of a personal wallet risks having your exchange account flagged.

This guide covers the complete deposit process for every supported coin, with network-specific guidance, the fastest deposit options, common mistakes and how to avoid them, and what to do if a deposit hasn't arrived.

For a full overview of both deposits and withdrawals in a single guide, see our complete deposit and withdrawal guide.

Before You Start: The Two Prerequisites

1. A Verified Duelbits Account

Email verification is required before you can deposit, withdraw, or claim any rewards.

  1. Register at Duelbits.com with an email address and password
  2. Open the verification email and click the confirmation link
  3. Return to Duelbits, your account is now fully active

This takes under two minutes. Without email verification, deposit addresses can still be generated but funds may not be credited automatically.

2. A Personal Self-Custody Crypto Wallet

Do not send directly from a Coinbase, Binance, Kraken, or any other exchange account. Most major exchanges prohibit transfers to gambling platforms in their Terms of Service. Sending directly from an exchange to Duelbits risks:

  • Exchange account suspension or verification freeze
  • Transaction flagging and potential hold on the sending exchange
  • Loss of the exchange relationship you need to buy and sell crypto

The correct flow is always: Exchange → Personal wallet → Duelbits

Your personal wallet acts as the intermediary. Recommended wallets by coin:

Step-by-Step: How to Deposit on Duelbits

Step 1 - Open the Deposit Menu

Log in to Duelbits. Click the Wallet icon or Deposit button in the top navigation. The deposit menu opens showing all 13 supported cryptocurrencies with their icons.

You can also access it via the user menu → Wallet → Deposit.

Step 2 - Select Your Cryptocurrency

Click the coin you want to deposit. The full list:

TronTRXTron (TRC-20)

Additional coins may appear in the deposit menu, check the platform for the current full list.

Step 3 - Select the Network (Critical for USDT and USDC)

For USDT and USDC, a network selection dropdown appears after you choose the coin. This is the most important step in the deposit process.

USDT network options on Duelbits:

NetworkSpeedFeesNotes
TRC-20 (Tron)SecondsNear-zeroRecommended for most users
ERC-20 (Ethereum)1-5 min$0.10-$0.25Higher fees, slower
SolanaSecondsNear-zeroRequires Phantom or Solana-compatible wallet
BNB Chain (BEP-20)SecondsLowRequires BNB in wallet for fees

The rule: The network you select in Duelbits must exactly match the network you choose in your wallet when sending. If Duelbits shows a TRC-20 USDT address and you send USDT on ERC-20 from your wallet, the funds are sent to the wrong blockchain. They will not arrive at Duelbits and cannot be recovered.

For single-network coins (BTC, LTC, SOL, XRP, DOGE), there is no network choice, each has one network and one address format. Select the coin and proceed.

Step 4 - Copy Your Deposit Address

After selecting your coin and network, Duelbits generates a unique deposit address for your account. It is displayed as:

  • A QR code (scan with a mobile wallet camera)
  • A text string (copy to paste into your wallet's send field)

Click the copy icon next to the address text. Do not type the address manually, copy it directly.

If depositing XRP: Two values appear, the deposit address AND a Destination Tag (a number). Copy both. You need both in the next step.

Step 5 - Send From Your Wallet

Open your personal wallet and navigate to Send or Transfer.

For most coins:

  1. Paste the Duelbits deposit address in the recipient/to field
  2. Verify the address: check the first and last 4-6 characters match what Duelbits showed, do not assume clipboard integrity
  3. Select the correct network in your wallet (must match what Duelbits showed)
  4. Enter your deposit amount
  5. Review the network fee estimate
  6. Confirm the transaction

For XRP specifically:

  1. Paste the Duelbits deposit address
  2. Find the Destination Tag / Memo / Tag field in your wallet, this is separate from the address field
  3. Enter the Duelbits destination tag number exactly
  4. Enter the amount and confirm

Gas fee note: Network fees are paid from your wallet balance in the native coin of that network. When sending USDT on TRC-20, the fee is paid in TRX (Tron), you need a small amount of TRX in your wallet alongside the USDT. When sending USDT on ERC-20, fees are paid in ETH. Always hold slightly more than your intended deposit amount to cover these fees.

Step 6 - Wait for Blockchain Confirmation

Duelbits monitors the blockchain for incoming deposits continuously. Once the transaction reaches the required number of confirmations, your balance is credited automatically, no action needed from you.

Confirmation times by coin:

Coin / NetworkTypical Credit Time
Solana (SOL)Seconds
USDT TRC-20Seconds
XRP3-5 seconds
USDT ERC-201-5 minutes
Ethereum (ETH)1-5 minutes
Litecoin (LTC)2-5 minutes
BNB Chain1-3 minutes
Bitcoin (BTC)10-60 minutes
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)5-20 minutes
Dogecoin (DOGE)5-10 minutes
Tron (TRX)Seconds

Step 7 - Confirm Your Balance and Start Playing

Once credited, your balance displays in the top navigation. It covers the full Duelbits platform, Casino, Sportsbook, and Duelbits Originals, all from the same balance. No additional steps or account switching required.

Depositing Each Coin

Bitcoin (BTC)

  • Network: Bitcoin mainnet only, one address format, no network choice.
  • Address format: Starts with 1, 3, or bc1 (native SegWit). Duelbits generates a standard Bitcoin address.
  • Speed: 10-60 minutes, Bitcoin requires multiple blockchain confirmations. During periods of high network congestion, this can extend beyond 60 minutes if you used a low fee rate. Bitcoin transactions prioritise by fee, higher fee = faster confirmation.
  • When to use BTC: For larger deposits where the fee percentage is small. For frequent smaller deposits, USDT TRC-20 or Solana are more cost-efficient.
  • Block explorer: blockchain.com or mempool.space, paste your TxID to check confirmation status.

Ethereum (ETH)

  • Network: Ethereum mainnet (ERC-20).
  • Address format: Starts with 0x followed by 40 hexadecimal characters.
  • Speed: 1-5 minutes. Ethereum's 12-second block time means confirmations arrive quickly.
  • Gas fees: Variable. Typically $0.10-$0.25 in 2026 for a standard transfer. Check etherscan.io/gastracker before sending to verify current gas costs.
  • Best wallet: MetaMask (browser extension), Trust Wallet (mobile).
  • Block explorer: etherscan.io

USDT (Tether) - Multi-Network

  • USDT is available on multiple networks. The recommended deposit method for most users:
  • USDT on TRC-20 (Tron): Seconds, near-zero fees. Fastest and cheapest USDT deposit option.
  • USDT on ERC-20 (Ethereum): 1-5 minutes, $0.10-$0.25 gas (paid in ETH). Use when your USDT is already on Ethereum and converting networks isn't worth the cost.
  • The critical rule: Match the network in Duelbits to the network in your wallet. The TRC-20 address and the ERC-20 address for the same coin look completely different, Tron addresses typically start with T, Ethereum addresses start with 0x.
  • Stablecoin advantage: USDT is pegged 1:1 to the US dollar. Depositing $200 of USDT means you have exactly $200 in your Duelbits balance regardless of what other crypto prices do during your session.

Solana (SOL)

  • Network: Solana — one network, one address format.
  • Address format: A base-58 encoded string starting with a capital letter.
  • Speed: Seconds. Solana's 400-millisecond block confirmation is the fastest major blockchain settlement available.
  • Fees: Fractions of a cent. Fastest and cheapest of any large-cap cryptocurrency.
  • Best wallet: Phantom Wallet (purpose-built for Solana).
  • Note: Duelbits' Tap Trading game uses live Solana price data, the most SOL-native casino experience available anywhere on the platform.

XRP (Ripple)

⚠️ Destination Tag Required - Read This First

XRP deposits require two values from the Duelbits deposit screen:

  1. The deposit address (an XRP Ledger address starting with r)
  2. The destination tag (a number)

Both must be entered correctly: If you send XRP without the destination tag, or with a wrong tag, the funds arrive in Duelbits' shared XRP wallet but cannot be assigned to your account automatically.

  • Speed: 3-5 seconds, one of the fastest settlements of any major crypto.
  • Fees: ~$0.000014 per transaction.
  • Best wallet: Xaman (formerly Xumm), dedicated XRP wallet with native destination tag support. Trust Wallet also works.
  • If you forgot the destination tag: Contact Duelbits support immediately with your transaction hash (from xrpscan.com) and your account email. The support team can trace and manually credit deposits.
  • Wallet reserve note: The XRP Ledger requires ~1 XRP minimum reserve to keep any wallet address active. Never send your entire XRP balance, always leave the reserve amount in your wallet.

Litecoin (LTC)

  • Network: Litecoin, one network, simple deposit.
  • Speed: 2-5 minutes.
  • Fees: Near-zero.
  • No network confusion: Unlike USDT, Litecoin has only one network. Address formats start with L or M.

USDC (USD Coin)

  • Network: Available on Ethereum (ERC-20), Solana, and others. Same multi-network rules as USDT, match the network selection exactly.
  • USDC on Solana is particularly popular, combines Solana's second-level settlement with a stable $1 peg.

Dogecoin (DOGE), BNB, Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Tron (TRX)

All follow the same single-network deposit flow as Bitcoin and Litecoin, one address, no network selection needed. Copy the address from Duelbits, send from your wallet on the corresponding network, wait for confirmations.

Buy Crypto: No Wallet Required

If you don't already hold cryptocurrency, Duelbits' built-in Buy Crypto feature (powered by MoonPay) lets you purchase crypto with a debit or credit card directly within the platform.

Available payment methods (region-dependent):

MethodRegion
Visa / MastercardMost regions
PIXBrazil
InteracCanada
UPIIndia
JCBJapan
Apple Pay / Google PaySelect regions

Your Duelbits deposit address is pre-filled automatically. There's no separate wallet setup required, MoonPay handles the transaction and sends the purchased crypto directly to your Duelbits balance.

When to use Buy Crypto: If you're new to crypto and don't yet have a wallet or exchange account. For experienced crypto users with existing holdings, the exchange → personal wallet → Duelbits flow is typically lower cost.

Common Deposit Problems and Solutions

"My deposit hasn't arrived after 30 minutes"

1. Check the blockchain first. Find your transaction hash (TxID) from your wallet's send history. Go to the appropriate block explorer:

  • Bitcoin: blockchain.com or mempool.space
  • Ethereum / USDT ERC-20: etherscan.io
  • XRP: xrpscan.com
  • Solana: solscan.io
  • Tron / USDT TRC-20: tronscan.org

Paste your TxID. If the transaction shows as confirmed on the blockchain, the delay is on the Duelbits side, contact support with the TxID.

2. If the transaction is not on the blockchain: The transaction was not successfully broadcast. This happens when gas fees were too low (Ethereum) or the wallet failed to submit. Retry from your wallet.

"I sent on the wrong network"

Sending USDT on TRC-20 to a USDT ERC-20 address is the most common deposit error in all of crypto. The funds are on a different blockchain and the receiving address on the correct blockchain did not receive anything.

In many cases, this results in permanent fund loss. In some cases, specifically when the address exists on both chains, which Ethereum and Tron addresses sometimes do, recovery may be possible. Contact Duelbits support immediately with your TxHash and full details of what you sent and where.

Prevention: Triple-check the network matches before confirming any USDT or USDC send.

"I sent XRP without the destination tag"

Contact Duelbits support immediately. Provide:

  • Your Duelbits account email
  • The transaction hash (from xrpscan.com)
  • The sending wallet address
  • The amount sent

Support can trace the deposit to Duelbits' shared wallet and credit your account manually. This works, it just requires a support ticket rather than automatic crediting.

"I sent from Coinbase/Binance directly and the transfer is stuck"

Contact the exchange's support team, the delay is on their side, not Duelbits'. Exchanges may hold or review gambling-related outgoing transactions. In the future, always withdraw from the exchange to your personal wallet first.

Important Rules to Know Before Depositing

  • Coin mixing is not permitted: If you deposit in Bitcoin, you must withdraw in Bitcoin. Duelbits does not allow depositing in one cryptocurrency and withdrawing in another. Choose your deposit coin with this in mind, you'll receive winnings in the same currency.
  • Minimum deposits apply: Each coin has a minimum deposit threshold displayed on the deposit screen. Sending below the minimum may result in the funds not being credited automatically.
  • Generate a new address each time if needed: Duelbits deposit addresses are permanent for your account, but you can generate a fresh address at any time via the deposit menu. Both old and new addresses remain valid for your account.
  • No Duelbits-side deposit fees: Duelbits does not charge fees for depositing. The only costs are the standard blockchain network fees paid from your wallet.
